Zelgor Games — “Noob Newsroom” 3D Animation
Project Overview
Iverson Design partnered with Zelgor Games to create a 3D animated “Noob Newsroom” introduction sequence, inspired by the style and high production quality of a BBC News broadcast. Designed to enhance presentations, marketing campaigns and promotional content, the sequence combined broadcast-level polish with quirky character-driven humor that reflected the Zelgor brand.
Creative Approach
Conceptualization & Storyboarding:
Developed narrative outlines and visual storyboards blending the authoritative style of a news intro with Zelgor’s playful brand voice.
Integrated short, humorous newsroom interactions to engage audiences with character-driven comedy.
3D Animation & Visual Effects:
Produced advanced 3D modeling and animation in Foundry Modo and Cinema4D, featuring dynamic camera moves, dramatic lighting and high-energy text treatments.
After Effects and Premiere Pro for compositing, motion graphics and final editorial polish.
Brand Integration:
Incorporated the NoobTubes logo artwork (by Monica Oh) as a central design element.
Ensured all typography, colors and visual treatments aligned with Zelgor Games’ brand identity.
